Today, many people are having hormonal issues. This is true for both women as well as men. Our environment is seriously contaminated with estrogen. This causes girls and women to have significant larger breasts than 15-20 years ago, significantly more menstrual difficulties, pains and cramping, infertility issues, and menopausal issues.

Handling Cold and Flu with Common Sense

The peddlers of fear and drugs would want you to believe that these various flu are deadly and you had better go and get your vaccination immediately. But if you checked statistically, some 20,000-40,000 people a year die from the common cold and flu.
